1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18 or older (or supervised by a parent/guardian) and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Management-console accounts are created by invitation from a club administrator.

2. The platform

The website and console are powered by ClubOS, operated by PRODM IT Solutions. The Club is responsible for its own content, members, and events; PRODM IT Solutions provides the technology and processes data on the Club's instructions.

3. Events, risk & waivers

Off-roading, recovery, and related activities carry inherent and significant risks of injury, death, or loss of or damage to property. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk and must follow all marshal instructions, the club code of conduct, and any event-specific requirements.

Where an event requires a waiver, you must read and accept it before registering. Your acceptance is recorded as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, submit false or others' information, upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or disrupt other participants or the Service. We may suspend or remove access for breaches.

5. Fees, payments & refunds

Any membership or event fees, applicable taxes, and refund/cancellation terms will be stated at the point of registration. Where no fee is stated, participation is offered free of charge. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once an event roster is confirmed; statutory rights are unaffected.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Club, its organisers and volunteers, and PRODM IT Solutions are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in activities or use of the Service, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct or where liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Club, its organisers and volunteers, and the platform provider against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your participation in activities, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Content & intellectual property

Content you submit (e.g. photos) remains yours, but you grant the Club a non-exclusive licence to use it to operate the Service and, where you consent, in club media. The Club's branding and the ClubOS software, platform, and design remain the property of the Club and PRODM IT Solutions respectively.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, on legal grounds, or to protect participant safety. You may stop using the Service at any time; certain records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable arbitration agreed in writing, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.

12. Severability, changes & contact
